Sunny Comptesse.

It is one of those funny days when it feels warmer outside than in!

The sun appeared briefly after lunch and it was very warm. I decided to photograph the lovely Comptesse de Bouchard Clematis which grows between the kitchen window and the garage. It is usually intertwined with a climbing rose but it seems to be a little bit later than usual and the rose is past its best.

Despite being a bit late I think it is looking better than I can remember for a long time.

The sun didn't hang around for long but it's a bit brighter than this morning.
