Blue Moon!

A Moonlight Walk to the Albir Lighthouse, with some Dutch friends, was an unusual, but very enjoyable, experience last night. There were perhaps, about 200 of us walking the 2.4 km to reach the Lighthouse. It was a cloudless night; but we had been recommended to take torches....and drinking water....with us.
The group of walkers represented the people who live here, in that there were Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, British, French and German speakers among us......babies in strollers, young children with their parents, teenagers to pensioners; and some 'serious walkers' with their walking poles!
After the Walk, we dropped down into the village, for some cool beers and chilled white wines. ....Delicious!
We arrived back home in the early hours this morning, so I feel I can Blip this today!
