My husband persuaded me to go with him to the Pickering Traction Engine Rally, also known as the Steam Fair. I actually enjoyed it, and as  a blipper there was the challenge, as always, of finding what will make an interesting blip which sums up my day. There was so much to see - steam engines both large and small, vintage cars, motorbikes and bicycles, ploughing using steam engines, stunt riding demos, dog demos, shows on steam powered stages, wood cutting and making sculptures with a chainsaw,a fairground, stalls etc.  It was Yorkshire Day too, so it was more special.
