Ewan has one already but it was quite a crude affair from when I had less idea what I was doing. Ellen's is better though I made little effort to fill in all the little gaps or sand it properly. She doesn't care. This is it after five coats of paint, pink of course, and she was happy with the first. Hinges and the essential hasp and padlock tomorrow. It's for her secrets you see. Of course, Ewan wants an upgrade now. I've promise him one with a wee drawer at the bottom. Might even make it out of real wood. 

Must go and test what might be my first spoiled beer. Put some in clear bottles and they have what looks like mould on top. Nothing for it but to crack one open and find out.
