Just back from a tour of the orchards, abbey and cider making facilitieeeees - sorry facilities. Wow this is powerful stuff !

The brewery is branching out from 8.5% cider into Ampleforth Amber - a special apple brandy - and then to sloe and damsell gins, peach and pear brandy. The longer it is left the better it gets. Takes a monk to have the patience !

Beautiful Abbey in special grounds. Well worth a visit.
