gala morning ...getting ready

wonderful sunshine (and wind) for a gala day. The lifeboat was to come but it took one look at the harbour mouth and headed home.  In the afternoon a  tame helicopter flew in very low over the harbour ....we could see the pilot and gave him a wave.
