Pafos Archeological Site

There is lots to see in Pafos including Nea Pafos, founded in the late 4th century BC and which is a (still being excavated) ancient city mostly famed for its huge mosaics based on Ancient Greek myths.

In our several years experience, dragging children round such places in the heat is not much fun, but in this case we even managed to interest Sam for a while as he knows quite a lot about the Greek gods through his Percy Jackson books.

We were very happy to get back to the relatively unexploited village feel of Polis for a lazy afternoon reading and internet ting...though I have just started the next book group book "Breakfast at Tiffany's", which is not at all what I thought it was about....and has left me a little flustered!
