Black-headed Gull

Larus ridibundus

Black-headed gull in Dartmouth, but I think it must've been moulting, or a juvenile only beginning to grow its adult feathers. It was more browny-grey headed. That said, the black-headed gull's head is more brown than black.

Another summery day, although it took till halfway through the afternoon for the sun to break through properly! Hope it's warm and sunny wherever you are.
