Orion Forest 5

Today was the last of the Summer series of Orion's 'Forest 5' - 5 Hilly miles in Epping Forest, Chingford, East London.

There are 3 a year and I have been doing it for 4 years so 12 races in total.
I have been trying soooo hard to get under 40 minutes on this course with the closest being 40:16 in 2013.

Today I did 38:21 so well pleased.

I am No 546.
