The New Narromine
Left early this morning for the long trip home and stopped at Narromine for breakfast.
We were surprised to find a large coffee shop/restaurant which was previously a packing shed for fruit, and which looks like something you'd find in inner Sydney.
Many trucks pull up at the loading dock and the rest of the place is packed.
Just goes to show, if you provide good food in pleasant surroundings, people will come, even out west.
As with so many industrial buildings of the past, the lighting was great, and I couldn't go past this.
The first two extras are of the Soul Food restaurant and the last is of a wheat silo.
Gotta love a wheat silo.
We stopped briefly at Mudgee before arriving home late this afternoon.
I haven't put anything up on flickr yet, but will do so tomorrow, for those who are interested.
It's been quite a week!
