Tidying up

Sometimes I struggle to find a photo that captures the day.  Today though, as I made my way through boxes of old school work, I happened upon my infant school books.  Ones where you draw a picture, tell the teacher what it is so they can neatly write the words and then you copy.  Well, the first page of the first book I came across had this stunning piece of artwork.  I know you don't need the words to decipher my incredibly accurate artistic portrayal of this scene but just in case you were struggling, Mrs Evans has provided the neatly written sentence "Mummy is in the house tidying up".  And do you know what?  She is!

I was clearly a creative child.  The next day I was digging up a hole in the sunshine!
