Blip Mission Number 9

This is another Nicola Spikerbosch power box painting.  The subject is our Museum of Art and History.  This box seems to be dwarfed by the very plain building behind it.  
We set off to do some shopping this morning and while stopped at the traffic lights a vehicle came through on the empty inside lane and ran the red light connecting with the front of a car entering the intersection from the left.  This car was coming from the soccer fields where the primary school children play on Saturday morning.  In the car was one of our schools pupils.  We pulled over to help.  Children are so direct.  He told me it was his first car accident and they had had that car for eight years.  The driver who ran the light displayed the right attitude and apoligised to the little boy.  His own girlfriend had her head bumped on the windscreen.  It could have been a lot worse if the little boys car had been further into the intersection.  Be careful and be alert.
