Beatrix Potter

On this day Beatrix Potter was born - I loved her stories growing up and was fortunate to visit her home in the Lake District when I was 4 - I remember walking there and dad and I got lost and ended up at Hilltop Farm - poor mum and my sister were quite worried. Lovely to revisit in 1996
