Stork announces New Beginnings

Carmen was so happy today when we noticed a stork perched on the new roof which is being put up this week (remember seeing all those roofing sheets on the photo a couple of days ago?) on the the house she is having built next to her own, to become a place where disabled and homeless adults can have somewhere they can be cared for, somewhere they will be pleased to call "home".
Storks, as the stories go, have always carried new life to places, usually in the shape of a baby covered in prickles fresh from the gooseberry patch.
Carmen reckoned this stork had perched on her roof to announce that very soon many lives would find new and wonderful beginnings here.
