Perfect day

We both had the day off, so out for a wee cycle ride late morning, with brunch (delicious scrambled eggs for me and full English for James!) half way round - and even with full tummies we took 11 minutes off our previous best time for the route!

Then up to Snowshill with the dogs for a wander round the lavender fields - they're right at the peak of their colour at the moment and it was quite stunning. And then up to Broadway Tower where we had coffee and cake!

Back home now and a barbecue is next on our eating agenda.

Best plan another couple of good bike rides over the weekend ;-)
