Is it a tomato plant?

Had a pretty good day, another pair of curtains made and a pair shortened.  My skills on the sewing machine growing by the minute.  I filled my car with what was left at C's house and transported it to Ponthir.  While I was there I noticed this plant growing in a neighbour's garden, at first I thought it was a tomato plant but after seeing the flower changed my mind, any ideas?
