The Beat Goes On

I used to buy the NME religiously, back when I still considered myself cool.
I haven't been cool (enough) for a long time, so I've not had a copy in a while.

When I read that they would no longer publish a print copy, and it would only be available online, I had to dig out my skinny jeans, put on my new shades and muster up every shred of coolness I could manage so that I could go buy the last ever issue.

For cool kids (and dads) everywhere, it's the end of an era.
