Little pink flower

I had a trip back to the hospital at lunch time to see the surgeon, who removed the dressing and checked my wound. He said it's healing nicely and it's still early days but that I'm doing very well. I just need to rest up and then go back next Friday for the results and to see if any other treatment is necessary.

Then this afternoon I had some visitors - Zuzka from work and also my friend Lisa, both who came bearing flowers. Our house smells and looks lovely as I also received a lovely flower arrangement from Pokeybagel & Emmala and a beautiful orchid from my mum.

This little pink flower was just outside the hospital so that's my blip for today :-)
