Trying to be cultured

Back home after 4 intense days at the hospital ....

We try to do things to switch off for a bit - easier said than done!

We ventured into Manchester to the Whitworth Gallery. The revamped building looks great, but I can't say I was inspired by the art.... Maybe not in the right frame of mind!?
I can however recommend the cafe... Fab soup, sandwiches, cakes etc but best of all it has lovely views over the park!
