A busy morning in the house and then down the baths later on.

The girls amused themselves in the public bit of the pool, I put in a big swim in the lanes. Didn't notice the time when I started but it felt like I'd done a decent one by the time I dragged myself out at the end. A few more like that and it'll almost be back to normal.

Tour De France catch-up continues thanks to ITV Player. I'm getting there, altho' I did end the day by falling asleep in The Pyrenees...
