St Peters Basilica by Night (12:30am)

The view from our hotel roof is outstanding, I took this at 12:30am after a wonderful dinner overlooking the city, so it makes todays blip :)

Today we and BlipBear, who now is the proud owner of a key ring head home to the UK. 

This morning Chris has a work conference call, I am going to sit in the sun for a little while and then we are off to have lunch before heading for our flight.

In other events, Dad had another goodish night, still very confused.  Mum and a cousin of Dad's will go to the hospital today and no doubt will meet with the doctor.  I am so pleased Mum is at their bungalow, she has a much better support system there.   The majority of Dad's family live in the area.  I hope they now make the decision to make a permanent move - the bungalow being all on one level will be much better for dad than having to climb stairs.  Time will tell I guess.
