Old Sea Shell
This old shell was collected back in June when I visited the Solway Coast with a group at Lakeland Photographic Holidays. It was added to my 'rainy day / emergency blip' box and it came in useful today.
We had our granddaughter staying overnight again, so time was a bit short! We went to J32 outlet near Castleford to deliver her back to Mum - and it was late afternoon by the time we got back home. Too tired to do much in the way of blip - so the shell came to the rescue.
Processed in Nik Analog Efex (only 12 days of the trial to go) and given a 'Classic camera' treatment with added dust and scratches - the original is in extras again. I think it has brought out some of the texture in the shell quite nicely, and made the plain paper background a bit more interesting.
