Polvorón

Blipped before the Spanish shortbreads were gone. 

It was taken back from a Spanish airport by my colleague who spent some holidays there. So it was good enough to make the office with dim delight. 

Just one question, is the fighting bull only a symbol to indicate its originality or is there any link between the sport (?) and the shortbread culture?
