Cleanliness

Today I went to Nottingham and I am sorry to say that I found it a miserable city.  Even the "beach" in the city centre was dis-spiriting.  However the Park and Ride worked well, and I found these two topiaries (?) celebrating that Nottingham won an award for the cleanest city.

Will I be banned from the city?
