What a lovely day it was today!

I hope you all had sunshine, somewhere, at some point?!

On my way home I slipped at the pedestrian crossing, luckily I managed to reach out and grab the traffic light post but at the same time whacked the side of my foot on the base of it! OUCH!

I limped all the way on to my train haha!

So let this be a warning to you all, the life dedicated to eternal FlipFlopping is treacherous and littered with many obstacles.....one must be strong willed in the pursuit of toe freedom ;)

Later I overheard my mum talking to her friend about my auntie; her baby sister, who we lost last year.

We saw her at the end of November 2010 and then by July the following year she was gone! None of us had any idea she was even ill, then when she found out, it was too late.....

Mum knew I was listening but I walked away before she could see I was crying.

When I got home the sun was still shining.....I took this, and dedicate it to the woman whom I miss everyday x
