White not Pink
Dianthus are commonly known as Pinks. This one, raised from seed, now planted in the garden, is white flowered, as quite a few species are. I think this one is the Sand Pink, Dianthus arenarius but as I don't like the graveyard effect that labels create, this is just an educated guess. I used to keep a list of all the plants I raised from seed but that was BC (Before Children!) Now they are older I must restart the list, especially as my memory seems to be less reliable .... or is it just that my head is full :-)
