In between passing showers I weeded all remaining flower beds and whilst the Current Mrs Creel was at the dentist’s I sneaked in a bit of Patrick O’Brian.  The Serpent Syndrome. Tonight we attended the West End Hotel in Kirkwall for a Ramblers’ Planning Meeting. 

In this Blip is recorded an everyday problem in Orkney.  Just when you are alone, along come a couple of archaeologists to examine an unexcavated Broch.  Really - archaeologists are ten-a-penny in Orkney.  A bit infra dig really.
