An angel on the parapet

Arrived at the site today to find steel beams being cemented in place, painted (RAL 1216???!!) A-frames swinging from a crane and NRG streaming from every joint. Joy, oh joy. So many delays, so much bad weather, and finally a house crawling with bizzyness. YES.

Here in France we have yet to see a hard hat on our building site. Today we held our breath as this young man balanced, like the man on a wire, along the atelier wall.

Health and safety? Sante et securite? Mmmm
