Permissive Paths

Why is it when you are about to go on holiday you get tooth-ache and the cat gets diarrhoea. Stress stress . Felt I needed some exercise so dragged Mr P off round some "permissive" paths I discovered when I got a bit lost following the OS map.  There was a map on a post showing the path network that the farmer has been persuaded to create by the Council to “enable local residents to enjoy the valley”.  I took a photograph of the map and printed out when I got home.  A delightful path network, not on the OS map and I have never seen another soul on the paths.  So much for enabling the locals to enjoy the valley- they are secret paths for me - well,  and Mr. P now I have shared the map with him
