D.I.Y. Dentistry

This afternoon at work looked to be busy, plus we were short staffed, so I had to work on my own.

However, a couple of patients cancelled at short notice and one just didn't bother turning up, so there was nothing else for it but to give myself a scale and polish!

I usually book in to have them done once a year (pre holiday) to get rid of coffee stains, but I had time to pick, prod and polish the stains away myself, so why not?

I don't like having it done by someone else, so it's saved me the hassle of a) getting an appointment to have them done and b) the agony of the water jet scaler.

They're shiny white again now :-)
