Relocated

Dear Diary,

It is good to change things up from time to time.  For years my computer desk and printer were in the sitting room but I decided to move it to the small room that I use to watch television in.  It was the tiny screened porch of the house originally and it is all windows and light.  Now my sitting room is just for reading and quiet.  All the "technology" is in its own space.

I spent all of my rainy Sunday yesterday straightening my bookshelves.  It was quite a task since I have so many books but things have been neaten up nicely. The books now have to be organized into subject areas so I can find things more easily.  A job for the next rainy Sunday.

I'm feeling quite proud of my efforts this morning.  I've got several other places around the house that need this sort of attention but today I have to go to an old one room school house with other historical society members to clean it.  We have a special event on Saturday when we will host a recreation of a school day in 1852.  That will be fun but first there is work to be done!
