vintage crib

It rained all night but stayed dry long enough this morning to get most of the hedging finished.
This afternoon we went to an auction where I had seen that there was an old-fashioned style swinging crib on offer. I got it for an amazing price as no-one else wanted it. 
I plan to paint it up and so on ready for one of the babies when they come for Christmas. 
And the silk roses came with it.


edit. : I guess on reflection that this it might look a bit like an In Memoriam sort of picture, but it isnt. I just liked the roses that were in the crib when I bought it so put them in the shot.
