Over Nice at last.

Our journey was a lot more... Interesting, than planned.

Our flight from Bristol to Amsterdam was cancelled. We went to the airport anyway to see if we could get an other flight. When we arrived we heard that all the others were full today, and there was limited availability tomorrow. We were trying to decide what to do when they told us we couldn't fly till Tuesday. When we got to the desk, they had a look and eventually said we could go direct from Heathrow. We asked how to get there and they said taxi, we asked if we'd have to pay they said ofcourse not. They sent us on our way with £9 each of lunch vouchers. Which we turned in to quite a lot of food.

After a bit of a wait we had a £281.50 2hour taxi drive to Heathrow, with 3 other displaced passengers.

After that it all went pretty smoothly, we didn't get seats together, but we managed to keep our selves entertained. We arrived in Nice only 2hours late, where Matt was waiting to give us a lift to our home for the holiday.
