More real rain!  It had been threatening all day and finally released in a big way at 7 p.m.  We were on our way to dinner to celebrate (a day early) our 15th wedding anniversary and got caught.  We sheltered in a doorway for a few minutes and then realized we just had to make a dash for it - so glad we did as the heavens really opened.  An excellent dinner; I had corn soup, then trout, and something very chocolatey for dessert, T. had egg, chorizo and summer squash, then pork schnitzel, for dessert a tiny pound cake with summer berries.
