Disaster Narrowly Averted

Blackberry picking along the Calapooya Creek outside of Oakland, Oregon. Here, Elle, Bruce the chocolate lab, and son Josh explore the various elements of the berry harvest. Minutes before, I discovered a football-sized hornets' nest below the berries on the other side of the creek. Could have been a painful morning.

Great time this weekend with the music Saturday night at The Green Valley Music Festival. I would post a link to it, but Polaroid/blipfoto at this point doesn't seem to give me that option. Great weekend with the girls and with son Josh.
