Sausages aSizzling.

The weather was not on our side this evening; there were thunder showers threatening, so I had to go to Plan B.  Here is a small portion of yesterday's haul browning up nicely.  The verdict?  The taste was excellent and as close to the real thing as I can remember from 30+ years ago.  The texture seemed correct too.  Hopefully we'll be luckier with the weather when the rest of the coils come out of the freezer and there will be a charcoal fire and some real grilling.
