Spined Micrathena Spider

... per google - It is a different spider, but the same kind as the one I blipped on the 13th of July.

After hiking yesterday I was worried that my hip would be sore - but it felt better than it has in months!  I walked downstairs with no limp and was pain free all day - I am thrilled!!! I guess I just have to hike up and down mountains every day! 

Today was another good day - puttered around and went to the pool and had a yummy dinner on the screen porch.  Trying hard to ignore the fact that I have to go to work tomorrow.
