Good deed

Last week while out running I came across an old lady on the ground. She had had a bad fall and her face was a right old mess, bruised and cuts to her nose, lip and chin with blood everywhere. I checked her over and picked her up but she couldn't remember her name or where she lived. I managed to get in touch with a friend who lived close by and she came by car and we managed to get her to their house to clean her up and check her over. After quite a lot of detective work and 2 hours later we managed to get her home and call her family. She was admitted to hospital for a few nights and still can't recall the incident. The lady's daughter brought me these beautiful flowers to say thank you. I'm glad that I could help.
