A (sort of) farm scene

A lovely scene of improvisation with Grandad as he used Squidge's princesses to herd his ornament sheep on the rug - much to her delight and amusement!

We stayed up late with Mum and Dad drinking wine, chatting and listening to music. It was so wonderful.

Thought I'd suffer this morning but as Squidge slept in her own bedroom, they got her up and let us lie in which frankly was nothing short of wonderful!

Hangover, escaped. Had a lovely morning of endless brews and bacon sarnies while Dad played with Squidge (again). Then listened to music all the way home in the rain, singing along with Angus while Squidge slept.

All in all a pretty good weekend. Now for the week from hell with work. Early night needed.
