Erratics

In this area, glaciers scraped along; moving south. Sometimes you'll see a strange boulder just standing stark against the sky. Other times, you'll see them in some weird arrangement...like these. The stray boulders, some of which are so huge, are called erratics here and in Canada. I rather like this playful 3-some....arranged by the hand of a giant child. :-)
