Corryvreckan

After paying a locksmith in Oban to pick a lock, we cycled to Elenabeich to catch our afternoon wildlife tour. It was guy choppy and the boat was airborne a few times. Nevertheless in the sheltered spots we managed to spot:

Grey Seals, Common Seals, Sea Eagle, Porpoises, feral goats.

Unfortunately the tides were slack so that when we reached the infamous Corryvreckan whirlpool between Jura and Scarba, it was just a little lumpy. The pic shows the partner RIB heading off to the next wildlife opportunity on the west coast of Scarba.
