Macleod's Stone

Another lovely morning on Harris. Drove a short way up the island to Tràigh Iar and then walked along another gorgeous white sand beach and up a small hill to Clach Mhic Leoid (Macleod's Stone). Fantastic views out to Taransay and the beaches along the coastline.

The kids went swimming in the sea and Jaffa dug holes in the sand.

Afternoon activity was a walk from Rodel to Borrisdale. More beautiful views across to Uist and away on the distance the Cuillin Ridge on Skye.
