Being a Normal Person Day 5

Last day of doing things like normal people do as usual London service starts again next week.

Today it was nice to have enough of a Friday evening to do some baking. I have not come over all "Cakescakescakes" but had a glut of gooseberries and some overly ripe bananas that needed something doing with them.

I present Gooseberry and Coconut cake on the left and banana loaf on the right. Both easy receipes as I am not a baker at all.
