Port Isaac

My sister and I will be swimming from Port Gaverne to Port Isaac in two weeks so today we went for a recce. It was alright - waves were very big today so hopefully the sun will shine on the 8th!

I haven't done nearly enough training what with operation esmerelda but I reckon I'll get around...

On the subject of esmerelda - it would appear that I have a rare tumour that might well return... Hey ho, more induced comas!
