A Moment of Blue

The fog was thick early this morning but by 7 it had dispersed to leave lovely drops of moisture on this bush - and blue sky appeared for an hour or so. The temperature had gone up to 15 at noon when I came back from the gym. (I can't remember the name of the plant but it has grown to 10ft.)

I've been freezing soft fruit and making fish pie and lentil lasagne to feed Ella and Nathaniel who come to stay tomorrow. The forecast is rain, so we can play in muddy puddles.

Poor Mr C - a yellowish colour is appearing through his primer on the paintwork in the living room. We'll pick up some sealant on the way home tomorrow. I hope that does the trick. It seems to be one step forward and two back with this job.
