Summer Storm

Apparently the weather's sudden depression caused quite some damage; festivals cancelled cause of the blasting winds and rain, like Rotterdam's annual Summer Latin Carnival parade and trees uprooted fell on cars and houses and powerlines. In Den Haag no tramline rolling coz of such powercuts and no trains either as a crane hoovered dangerously over the railtrack + roads blocked off there too.... so I wallked more miles in rain and wind like the few others on the streets. The interventions in Den Haag taken seemed to run smoothly...... but than the city is half emptied as many are out making holidays now or stayed home out from the storm
