Sunrise From Inside...

The gym opens later at the weekend... A chance for a tiny sleep-in.... I was there and working away on the various machines of torture when I happened to notice the beautiful dawn sky through the windows. This gave me an excuse to take a break and capture some images with my iPhone.
The colours in the sky were stunning but fleeting and soon gave way to a grey day with sporadic rain. But, yay, the day was quite mild for a change.
