Irritating?!

Apparently I'm being really irritating tonight?!

I came back from my walk about an hour ago and have been 'irritating' ever since.

Ann gave me my dinner - I ignored it and was leaping around all over the place being totally hyper.

Ann didn't have a clue what I wanted so she gave me my toy basket. I tipped all my toys out, didn't play with them, and then gobbled up my dinner.

Then I asked to go out onto the sun terrace. I lay here looking gorgeous so that Ann could blip me, then I decided to come back indoors and do more 'hyper leaping around'.

Ann gave me a 'chew' 'cos she thought that if I had something in my mouth it would keep me quiet!

Then I heard someone visiting the neighbours so I went into 'mad crazy barking mode'. If Ann says the word 'friend' I'm supposed to stop barking. She says I should only bark if burglars are approaching. Unfortunately she hasn't trained me to know what a burglar looks like, so if strangers are anywhere near our house I bark to alert Ann to possible danger?!

After that episode I had to go and sit right in front of Ann and listen while she wittered on to me about the type of behaviour she expects from a collie that is almost 8 years old.

Now I've gone back outside. There's still a small corner of our sun terrace which is in brilliant sunshine. Ann says that my 'irritating' behaviour has driven her to drink. Can you believe that?!

............................................Now she wants to sit outside with me and drink a glass of wine??!!
