Wild!

We buried Tom today. As I was digging, with midgie net on, in the light rain, I wondered if we should consider cremation next time. Probably not... I like to think I was putting in some graft for him.

As we were on our way to the Moorflix AGM and film choosing tonight we met a young woman with backpack, map in hand walking up the track. We asked her if she needed help and she said she was going to Temple, same as us, but obviously going the wrong way! So we offered her a lift and she told the story of how she is walking from Lands End to Joan O' Groats, she started in May and hopes to finish in August. We gave her a lift although we are not to tell anyway...shhhh... she reckons she is losing her motivation but i hope she can finish it given how far she has come!

It only dawned on me when we were watching our trailers, it's almost the same story as Wild, different route! We finished the evening with a showing of Moonrise Kingdom, a lovely way to end the day.
