Watch and wait

This heron is a regular alongside the Allanwater river. Usually he is to be found standing on the stones but this afternoon he stood on the grass- until some teenagers came along and chased him away.

Re our campaign to save our Greenbelt on Park of Keir. Following a very biased article by a sports reporter in The Herald we have negoitated a Right of Reply in the paper. Two letters have already appeared in the paper voicing our concern. This is the link.
Judy Murray and the developers are very wealthy and can afford to hire PR consultants to promote  their project to build a tennis centre, golf course, hotel, etc along with housing.
Meanwhile we rely  on word of mouth, volunteers delivering leaflets and the internet to out across our side of the story.
